FJ's use standard blade fuses
FJR's use Mini fuses
 
FJ Blade fuses are normally located under the seat, rear of the battery tray.
The FJ1100 has an extra fuse box under the panel on the left hand inner fairing panel, plus a tube type rear of battery tray.
 
2001 -2005 FJR fuses are under left hand, upper inner black panel, nearest the rider (By hazard switch)
2006-2020 FJR fuses are under right hand, upper inner black panel, nearest rider, aft of the battery.
All FJR's also have fuses on starter solenoid (aft of battery).
