This is a genuine Yamaha centre stand.
 
2001, 2002  and some 2003 model centre stands are prone to breaking, resulting in catastrophic damage to the bikes fairing and exhaust silencers when it falls. The stands break on the left leg just above the foot stand in 2004 Yamaha modified the stand so it wont break. If you order 2001-2005 stand we send you a Yamaha modified stand.
 
2006-2020 have no known issues, if you order these you will receive the OEM stand the same as the one your replacing. N.B. These do NOT fit the earlier models.
 
THIS IS AN OEM ITEM AND HAS TO BE ORDERED FROM YAMAHA. THEREFORE THERE WILL BE A DELAY IN POSTING OF, NORMALLY, BETWEEN 7-10 DAYS.
