All dates will, as far as possible, have full details that you will need.  The distance covered is usually around 125 miles. Please arrive with a full tank! 

All rallies meet at 10am to leave at 11am unless clearly posted otherwise.

About the Event

The Borders  extravaganza moves base this year to Gatehouse of Fleet. A lovely little town with a selection of hotel, guesthouses and a few good pubs. A quality campsite is also available for those still with a canvas fetish.

This has become one of the star runs in the calendar (no pressure on the organisers then!) and always produces two superb ride-outs on the regions fantastic roads with stunning scenery all around. The bonus is the evening socials are always a hoot, with everyone gathering in one of the local hostelries for a few sodas.

The town boasts several hotels, The Ship Inn, The Bank of Fleet or The Murry Arms, B&B's and a camp site. Also there are various rental properties to be had. The campsite has caravans to rent or pitches for hire.   Good food and a pint can be had at the Masonic Arms at the top end of town, but there are other equally good place to eat/drink in the town. Meeting point will be the Car Park opposite the Mill on the Fleet next to the Spar shop. Above the Spar shop is Galloway Lodge where you will be able to get a Coffee or Tea and breakfast if needed.

NB: THE TOWN DOES NOT HAVE A PETROL STATION! So long as you arrive with 45 miles left in your tank you will be fine as fuel stops will be factored into the routes.
